We ask that rooms be cleared and old flooring removed before fitting day unless otherwise agreed. If you need help with this, let us know during your quote, and we may be able to arrange removal at an additional cost.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your order and fitting date. This ensures your flooring is reserved and your fitter is booked.
The balance for your flooring order is paid to Ace Floors as agreed on your quote. Fitting costs are always paid separately and directly to the fitter on completion of the job.
At present we don’t offer finance or instalment plans. All orders must be paid in full before fitting.
