1. Services Provided

Ace Floors Ltd provides flooring advice, home measuring, flooring supply and fitting arrangements. We supply and fit carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, LVT flooring and engineered wood flooring.

We do not sell products directly through this website. Website enquiries are used to arrange advice, home measures, quotations and follow-up communication.

2. Home Measures & Quotations

Home measures and quotations are offered without obligation. During a home measure, we may bring samples to your property, measure your rooms and talk through suitable options based on the space, lifestyle, durability needs, style preferences and practical requirements.

Any quotation is based on the information available at the time of the visit. A quotation may change if measurements, product choices, fitting requirements, subfloor conditions or additional preparation work change.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, images, descriptions, specifications and availability are accurate. However, products, colours, specifications and prices can change without notice.

Flooring colours and textures can look different on screens, in brochures and under different lighting. Customers should check samples in person before confirming an order.

Product availability depends on supplier stock. Fitting dates may be affected if a product is delayed, discontinued or temporarily unavailable.

4. Orders, Made-to-Measure Flooring & Cancellations

Most flooring and carpet orders are made-to-measure, cut to size or ordered specifically for your property. Once an order has been confirmed and materials have been ordered or cut, cancellations may not be possible unless required by law.

Please check your product choice, colour, room details and quotation carefully before confirming your order.

5. Materials Payments & Fitting Costs

If you are happy to go ahead, the cost of materials is paid upfront when the flooring or carpet is ordered. This allows the chosen materials to be secured and the fitting process to be arranged.

Fitting costs are paid on the day of fitting, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ace Floors does not offer finance or pay-weekly terms unless confirmed separately in writing.

6. Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for preparing rooms before fitting unless otherwise agreed and paid for at the time of sale. This may include:

• Removing existing flooring, unless removal has been agreed in advance
• Clearing furniture, personal items and breakables from the fitting area
• Ensuring rooms are accessible, safe and ready for fitting
• Ensuring the subfloor is reasonably clean, dry and free from obstructions

Failure to prepare the room properly may result in delays, extra charges or a fitting appointment being rearranged.

7. Subfloor, Door Trimming & Additional Work

Subfloor requirements are assessed as part of the quotation process where possible. Some flooring may require additional preparation such as floor levelling, underlay, beading, trims, door trimming or other finishing work.

Additional work may increase the overall cost. We will explain relevant preparation or finishing requirements before the order is confirmed where they are known at that stage.

8. Fitting Services

Fitting services may be arranged by Ace Floors and carried out by experienced flooring fitters. Fitting dates are provided in good faith and may depend on product availability, delivery times, room preparation and fitter scheduling.

Any concerns about fitting should be raised as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed properly. All workmanship concerns must be reported promptly and before any further work is carried out by another party.

9. Access Requirements

Customers must ensure that clear, safe access is available on the agreed fitting date. This includes access to the property, rooms being fitted, parking or loading access where reasonably required, and safe working conditions.

If access is not available or the area is not ready, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and additional costs may apply.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a home measure or fitting appointment, please give as much notice as possible. Late changes may delay the fitting schedule or result in extra costs where materials, fitting time or travel have already been arranged.

Made-to-measure and special-order flooring materials may not be cancellable once confirmed, ordered or cut.

11. Multi-Room Flooring Offer

The current multi-room flooring offer applies to carpet, vinyl, laminate and LVT orders only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• 2 rooms: 10% off the second room
• 3 rooms: 50% off the third room
• 4 rooms: the smallest room is free
• Customers may choose one style throughout or mix and match eligible flooring types
• One offer per order
• Offers cannot be combined
• The offer applies to flooring materials only unless otherwise stated
• Fitting costs are not included in the free room or discounted room element
• Offer ends 30th June 2026

The offer is subject to product availability and may be amended or withdrawn where required.

12. Website Usage

This website may only be used for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s security, accessibility, content, forms or functionality.

Website content is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. It does not form a confirmed quote, order or contract unless agreed separately with Ace Floors.

13. Intellectual Property

All Ace Floors text, logos, branding, page content and gallery photographs of completed work are the intellectual property of Ace Floors Ltd and must not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Some product images, names and descriptions may be provided by suppliers and remain the property of the relevant supplier or manufacturer. These must not be copied or redistributed without the correct permission.

14. Privacy

We take customer data seriously. Details submitted through the website are used to respond to enquiries, arrange home measures, provide quotations and manage customer communication.

15. Liability

Ace Floors is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, changes to the property after quotation, failure to prepare the site, denied access, supplier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Changes to These Terms

Ace Floors may update or amend these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
