Welcome to the Ace Floors website (acefloors.co.uk). By using our website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to be clear and fair, giving peace of mind to our customers.

1. Services Provided

Ace Floors provides flooring advice, supply, and fitting services. We offer free home visits, quotations, and expert guidance to help you choose the right flooring. All fitting work is carried out by trusted third-party professionals.

We do not sell products directly through this website.

2. Free Home Visits & Quotations

Home visits and quotations are offered without obligation. Quotes are based on the information available during the visit and may be adjusted if additional requirements, changes, or subfloor conditions are identified.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, Ace Floors reserves the right to amend or withdraw products, specifications, and pricing without notice.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• All flooring orders are made-to-measure and cut specifically to fit your home. Once confirmed and cut, cancellations cannot be accepted, unless required by law.

• Please ensure measurements and product choices are correct before proceeding.

5. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm all flooring orders. This secures both the flooring materials and installation date.

• The remaining balance must be paid as agreed at the time of booking.

• Fitting costs are paid directly to the fitter on completion of the work.

6. Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for preparing the space before fitting. This includes:

• Removing any existing flooring (unless otherwise agreed and paid for at the time of sale)

• Clearing the room of furniture and personal items

• Ensuring the subfloor is clean, dry, and free from obstructions

Failure to prepare the site may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Fitting Services

• Fitting services may be arranged by Ace Floors and carried out by independent subcontracted flooring professionals.

• While we work exclusively with experienced and insured fitters, Ace Floors is not liable for any issues relating to installation quality or workmanship.

• Any damages to your property caused during fitting are a matter between you and the fitter. All fitters used by Ace Floors hold public liability insurance.

• Fitting dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change depending on stock availability and scheduling.

8. Access Requirements

Customers must ensure that fitters are given clear, safe access to the property on the agreed fitting date. If access is denied or the area is not ready, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a call-out fee may apply.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may delay rescheduling or result in forfeiture of deposits, depending on the circumstances.

10. Multi-Room Flooring Deal

• The “4 Rooms – Cheapest Room Free” promotion applies to flooring products only. Fitting costs are not included in the free room offer and must be paid separately.

• “Cheapest room” means the room with the lowest flooring product cost, regardless of the type of flooring chosen.

• Customers may choose different flooring types across the 4 rooms. The free room will always be whichever room works out cheapest in product cost.

• All rooms must be included within the same order and fully paid before the promotion can be applied.

• There is no maximum limit to the number of rooms in an order — the offer applies once per set of 4 rooms.

• We usually aim to complete fitting within a couple of weeks of order, subject to stock and scheduling, but this cannot be guaranteed.

• This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Liability

Ace Floors is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of the website or services, except where required by law. We are not responsible for the actions or services of subcontracted fitters.

12. Website Usage

This website may only be used for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s security, accessibility, or content.

13. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, branding, and gallery photographs of completed work are the intellectual property of Ace Floors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Some product images and descriptions are provided by our suppliers and remain their property. These are used by Ace Floors under licence or with permission and must not be copied or redistributed without the consent of the respective owner.

14. Privacy

We take your data seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on collecting, using, and protecting your information.

15. Changes to These Terms

Ace Floors reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Governing Law

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
