Do you remove old carpet?
Customers are normally responsible for removing old flooring unless otherwise agreed and paid for at the time of sale. We can discuss this during your home measure when looking at your chosen carpet.
Do you check the floor before fitting carpet?
Yes. Subfloor requirements are assessed as part of the quotation process so the right preparation, underlay, trims and finishing details can be discussed before fitting where needed.
Can I choose my carpet fitting time?
You can choose your fitting date where availability allows, but fitting times cannot be fixed. Our fitters collect and prepare customer orders from the warehouse on the morning of fitting, then call with an approximate arrival time once they are loaded up.
